Invisible troops?!

So I attack a level 1 fort, thinking it would be a walk in the park, I go to actions>command, and theres nothing on the battlefield, so I think its a bit strange, so I wait for another 2 rounds, still nothing, so I close the command screen, then get the "War Report" in my mail, to see that I lost 264 infantry and 5 catapults. I want my dead troops back somehow, without the expense of my resources AGAIN.

This happen to anybody else?

should be in bug report section of forums, dont worry, 264 inf and 5 cats does not cost that much in resources...

Lmao I was going to say, this is in bug reports, and 264 infantry and 5 catapults is a lot for me, and I would like them back.

and that is weird murph...sry to hear that......at least u didnt attack a lvl 2 fort with 825 cats and they get killed by 8000inf!!!(i attacked lvl 2s before...soo wtf?)

Send to kingdomsupport@haypi.com they are the only ones that can help with that. Also that sounds like a network connection issue. Lag causes units to disappear.

PS I lost 15k Inf and 13k cats to lvl 9 when lag logged me off so don't feel too bad

For one thing, please watch your network connection.

Please make sure your device is well connected to the web and if the right upside circle is red, that means the net is disconnected.
Please check your internet connection speed first by surfing www.haypi.com.
There is a tool to check server response speed:

If you are pretty confident of your network connection, please send us the war report time and we will investigate it.

My internet connection was fine, I could see my troops moving up the battlefield, but theirs were not.
