Pvp city missing EVERYTHING

So on the first day of pvp my cities was the same as someone elses. Well I got a new city but where's all my stuff? All my upgrades? my troops, my resources? I obviously have done them because the tasks have been completed but the new city doesn't have anything. I do not want to start over. I'm already behind 2 days because of this glitch. Please fix ASAP. I think I should be compensated for this gross oversight.

New cities start of fresh with everything at lvl 0, if thats whats ur gettin at

No it isn't what I'm getting at. I had a city and I started upgrading only to find my city was also someone else's. They gave me a new city but all the work I did is gone and I have nothing to show for it.

Anyways, that really sucks but I'm pretty sure nothing can be done.
