unable to load game

after the new update i tried to go on and all it said over and over again was communicating, now i fixed this bye deleting the game then downloading again but it should be fixed thanks.
I am not the only one with this problem and i have helped one person already.

yeah lately since the new layout update on my iphone4 the game just randomly stops working, it wont load proper log in screen, or sometimes it just never opens up... to fix it i re download, but lately it doesnt work at all for me.
