Password reset not working

When I go into password reset (General, Management, change password)
this shows only a blank white screen, and does not allow me to change my password, please could you fix this bug so I can change my password.

Please mail to support . they will send a link to your email address. I think this is a good decision of HK support team.

Is that the only way?
I set the account up that I want to change ages ago, at the time I didn't know if I was going to continue playing so I set it up with an fake e-mail address so I cannot e-mail support from the email address registered on the account.

Dear waster,
In this case I suggest you to open a new HK acc form your genuine e-mail address. And continue to play on that acc. It will be better.
