fav.list lost

all of my fav.list lost
i spend days to collecr information and create that list.with laggy and stupid map system and slow game.know they are lost and im not stupid to collect that list again and lost it
i want my list back or i leave this game.

Unfortunately this will happen when updating as well as when a server merges and when you change your device. Perhaps you should contact your server support to see if they can restore your favourites by going to Help>Support.

there is no answer from support
they dont care

but i have a question, do i have to trust fav.list again? or better save my data somewhere else like note?

and today it happen again!!

Happens to me alot too...try to just use a yellow legal pad to keep track of inactivity coords levels and it makes speed scouting easier
