I had 99 problems, and my iPhone solved about 95 of them.

I have partial of the city map all with screen as if its not fully developed. Do I need to reinstall the game or not? My got my new phone & its the samsung galaxy s4, if that helps. Let me know as soon as possible. Thx again!
