Generate Map

I'm trying to Generate a alliance map but it's not working. I have coins but nothing is working. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

ive had a simular problem on s500. ive lettered support in-game. reply a week later was 'reopen the app and try again." didnt work. tried numerous times. i replied back stating this. no reply. ive lettered over the course of approx a month and received the same replies every time. still doesnt work
