Both of my accounts when I try logging in. Says communication delay I've deleted the app and re downloaded it still says the same thing and my troops are about to starve...soo help please

i can understand glitch appears but why do they not answer???
This is realy not acceptable ... for a supposed " superior gaming experience " (like it said in the upper header)

To my understanding, there's no answer because they don't work on weekends. I believe support is based in Asia so we won't hear any real answers until about 10 pm central time during a weekday.
I wouldn't get my hopes up on compensation either. Problems are inevitable and there's no way around them. All we can do is hope for the best results, and a possible backtrack of troop loss, which is unlikely, or something of that manner.

Well that sucks and they should because 1 most of us spend real world money on this game.

I have not been able to login for over 24 hours. What is wrong? When will this be fixed? What will you do about losses of crops and resources? How will I be compensated for not receiving any hunts?

Haypi don't work weekends. Our server support used to log on 5-6am UK time from what I remember.
If the rumours are true, don't hold your breath on logging in again any time soon.

I have the exact same issue and I have a pretty high ranked alliance to lead and manage.

This is ridiculous. If you have went around and read some of the forums, you will know that HK was updated recently and is affecting ppl who have changed their phones since creating the acct. Really? They didn't think about the consequences?
