Can't log in

Are the servers down?I can't log in.

Neither can I and I've tried on multiple IPhones. The annoying thing is I've been attacked 3 times and I haven't been able to login the past 12 hours

I have also encountered this same problem... I have been hit and lost 26,000 plus prestige. Thankfully, I have friends on Palringo that have been able to scout me and send screen shots.

I'm furious because I have spent plenty of real world money on this game, bought a new phone, and now i cant do ANYTHING...

Support sent out an email. Basically they updated HK to stop logging in on multiple accounts. So if you have gotten a new phone you will not be able to log into your original accounts. I am having the same issue. I can not log into Any of my accounts on multiple servers. I have gotten 4 new phones in 2 years. One as recent as this past week. This is crazy.

I have received neither unless it was in game and only sent out this last 24 hours.

I havent been able to log in for the past 24 hours. I did not get a new phone, Ive had this one since January. It keeps telling me to check my connection. I got on the forums, palringo, and other games without an issue. So, my connection is fine.

Some received the email. And have you.been playing haypi since before January?

I have 9 different accounts and cannot log in to any of them. I have recently got a new phone and when i installed the app on the new phone i did not set up a new acct because i already had more than enough. After i started getting the message to check my network connection and try again i reinstalled the app and i am still getting the message and can not create the new acct that would go with my new phone. i have had 5 different devices since i started playing and am not very happy that i cannot access any of my accts.

I also can't log with same issue. Have had phone for months.... Everyone using apple phone??

i am using a LG Ally and have used the same phone type for everyone of my accts. i am so addicted to this game that the last 24 hours has been killing me.
