someone using my acc

Last few monts I saw that someone using my acc, selling items and taking all money for that. I can't know who doing that because he delete all mails or reports.
Tonight I lost 191 stones all item from treasure chest and all money for this item. What I need to do? Try change pass many times but not helped.

Contact support via email or here with the acct and original email you used to set up the acct.

It's not good to give out the pw to others. Things like this will happen.

You should also change the email address that the account is linked to before you change the password.
Since someone else has access to the account, it would be better for you to not contact them in-game but rather through email.
