Bugs----troops starved during dispatching

I have wrote this to the support, the respond is oasis level drop. But, in that sub city, there is no oasis, only a fort, and before the dispatching, 210k crops inside. I have talked with others, seems this is not only my problem.
the time is 8:55:31 on 2012-11-20, if you can check the detail, this is obviously not my carefulless to cause my starvation.

I am from S95 and still waiting for the reply also the result. Please at least give me an answer, I have contacted the in game expert as well, however, until now, i have no respond from neither of them. I do hope to get some help through forum. Either giving back my troops or at least a "sorry for the delay".

I lost 80k cav through dispatch

support wont do crap cause they don't want to.

I've had the following happen 10 times at least:

Dispatch troops from city 1 to fort 1. Fort 1 is linked to city 2. When troops arrive at fort 1, crops (sometimes) drop instantly to 0. Dispatched troops then starve along with troops in city 2. Is this the same situation that you are describing? I've emailed support about it numerous times but it never gets fixed and my troops never replaced. I've literally starved 1 million pp since the 3.11 update because of this issue.
