Cannot login after completing Task 5

Unfortunately, I cannot login after completing Task 5 with my new username (evgen237) and password. The only message I get is "Unknown Error" without any code.
Reinstalling of the game didn't help. At start I get message "Your device had already Registered, your username is evgen237." and then the same "Unknown Error" when I'm trying to login.
Please help!

Hello,
do you remember the original account beginning with ha_.. before you tried to change the name?
and click "start game", can you login the game?
please let us know and we will look into this for you.

Thank you for response, but I didn't remember the original ha_... account username
When I click "start game" message "Your device had already Registered, your username is evgen237." appears and I can only click Close button.
Anyway I don't mind to start over again.

Pmangplus version of Haypi Kingdom solves the problem, but I don't known Korean. I would like to change the server and to use another version of Haypi Kingdom. Is it possible?

Glad to hear your feedback. However, I'm sorry to tell you that player cannot switch from Korean server to global server.
But if you have a new device, or one of your friends/relatives has one, you may download our official version of Haypi Kingdom and then register a new account by START GAME.
