bug/glitch check network

Hi i have a windows phone (htc Radar 4g) i constantly have full 4g bars, but when i play kingdom i constantly get this message (please check your internet connection). I constantly have to, close the game then reopen it. I have tried reinstalling the game 6 times, i have even opens the browser to check if it is my provider. I have turned the phone off and on. All other games work wonderfully, i don't understand why i am getting this message. I also have unlimited data plan that just rolled over,so I'm not getting throttled
