Coins not returned by Haypi

A speed up on troops was carried out n was charged twice by Haypi. It was screwed up by Haypi side. Upon writing to support 125, all I got was " hello, sorry", what kind of help is this?
Haypi is so unhelpful, so cannot blame players for leaving game, buying coins from outside sources. I am doing it the decent n legal way, what did I get?

I will really appreciate if you really looked into it.
I have the screenshots with me and people who saw them laughed at Haypi for being lazy and greedy. I am not asking for more, just the ones being charged returned. In business, actually if Haypi makes mistakes, they should just return without questions asked; even better service, if Haypi could return more n admit mistake. But what do I expect: since support 125 is quick to say "hello, sorry" finish~~.
