Starved with full warehouse

I want my cats back. I had a 19,xxx surplus of food and 9 lvl 10 crops, with 14900 cats hunting from the city. I had a full warehouse with 449300 crop. I went to the washroom and 5 min later when i came back my oasis had dropped to lvl 9 and i was now running a -17,xxx for crop, which wouldnt be a big deal since i had a full warehouse except for some reason my warehouse was now at zero(not even possible if i got hit in those 5 min as i have max cranny, and no war report of getting hit, and still have a full wall so no hit). So i starved and lost almost 2,000 cats, when i should have had full warehouse. Where the hell did my food go? Also this is now the sixth time this type of glitch has screwed me over the last month, so fix it. Its a well reported bug that crop dissapears when oasis level drops so please fix it.

This happened again, with the same damn oasis dropping now from 9 to 8. Had a ZERO draw after i starved last time, bought 400,000 crop to replace mine that dissapeared, and as soon as they dropped from 9 to 8 my warehouse went to zero and i lost another 3k cats. So now im out almost 5k cats and 2 full warehouse loads of crop. Please fix this ASAP its getting annoying, im now out almot 50k in cash to replace crop and 5k cats.

This has aswell happend to me support pls fix that in my game i starved 8k cavs from 2 cities i had about 400k crop in both subs and an exact output of -36760 crop and i logged on and starved no war reports either i believe it is a glitch it happend before and after update pls fix thanks
