Cant enhance my Equipment

Always when i want to enhance my Equipment, the game kick me out!!!

I have from android:

Haypi Kingdom HD
Vision 3.2.4

It doesnt will happen o.o and i close always all programms with my mobile taskmanager, befor i start to play.
When i try to enhance i get the mail:
"Die Amwendung Haypi Kingdom (Prozess com.haypi.kingfom) wurde unerwartet beendet.
Versuchen sie es erneut."

Sry that it is in german, but im from germany and i have a germanvision

Well, it would save you the money on buying coins if you cant enhance :3

Please note that equipments can be enhanced only when they are higher or equal to level 5. I've checked and found enhanced treasures equipped to your general, would you please confirm back and if you have any further question about enhancement, you may just feel free to contact kingdomsupport@haypi.com or pm forum supports.

Oh! I didn't know equipments have to be level 5 or higher! I learned something new today :3

i have the same problem on my android phone. Android version 2.3.5.
all my equipments are lvl 15 ring lvl 10.
every try to enhance will crash the app.

May I have the following info:
a. please make sure you've cleared your cache.
b. what device are you using
c. your Haypi Kingdom app version no.
