Lucky hunter achievement

I have noticed in 2yrs+ of playing haypi kingdoms that not once have I or any player I have spoken with has ever received an item or chest of high enough level to meet the requirements of this achievement task. Even the top ranked players in global achievement ranks have not ever even once received an item from daily gift to satisfie this task. Is this an error in the coding of the daily gift system???

Who specifically has gotten it? Just curious, if you can could you give me username and server? ^.^ They might give us some tips on getting some of the required treasure.
