Cannot access two of my accounts on S127
I have two accounts that were merged on the latest merge (s127 I believe). I have been trucking along, moving cities, building ... Now I cannot get into either account for days. I have contacted support and gave them my account names and passwords, the best they came up with was "I can get into your acct fine ... What's the problem"
Obviously, the problem is "I" can't get into them. I have four other accts which I have no problem getting into from this device or other devices but still cannot get into those two accounts on the latest server where the merge got a little screwed up. I have tried everything on my end . Turned off devices, uninstalled and reinstalled app, tried to access from other devices, unconnected and reconnected WiFi but still can't get into those two accounts. I have money spent on equipment etc in those accounts and coins but I do not seem to be getting any help.
If I can't get any help here I will have to go to iTunes to see if they can refund my inapp purchases to those accounts. This is not good business to do nothing and I will not accept it.
