Support I did not get attacked or starved. I had all my crop oasis and I was positive 11k.I was not attacked since I had all of my pp still there

This has never happened, so I canot tell. If you got ss to prove it, we will check and make all the things right.

I did not take a ss. i did not know the game could glitch like this -_-. Please return my troops.

you might have been attacked by someone, and you did not receive the war report because of which you still think that your troops magically vanished from your barracks. Check your city outskirts, see if your turrets or traps are there.

There might be possibilities occurring in your situation that your pp was also not updated during the time when u were attacked. Im not sure if u were attacked. That support must know lol. Im highlighting the possibilities.

never happened before? iv seen it happen on other servers. guys letter support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com put in subjet the server # and troop loss then in main section put your name from that server then the problem then ask to have ya troops back. support will look into this and check your account. theres been known glitch with haypi of troops disappearing and no letter as to why. if they starve or ya attacked youll find a letter in ya haypi letters hope this helps
