Hey I lost my troops for no reason too. When i logged back onto haypi, all troops were gone and i had all of my oasis. my warehouse still full. i was never negative i lost a bunch of cats. Please help me replace them

I know I didn't starve because I was positive 11k before I logged off and still had all my oasis's. And I didn't get wiped because my pp was the same as before. please help me and return my troops. Could you please kindly provide me with an estimated time of the disappearance? When you logged off on Oct.1st or Oct.2nd, did you send your troops to hunt/attack/station them at city barracks? What were you your troops supposed to do when you logged back in?
BTW, please also provide me the city coordinates with your previous troops quantity as well. We'll need the info to check and confirm. Thank you!

September 27 my troops disappeared and idk the time but o had arous 3700 cats 7k Inf and 1 cav and 1inf my troops were at my main city point 265,28 and please give me my army bak please. I can't do anything without out it and I missed some really good pp hits

Hi, as I replied earlier, your troops wont disappear for no reason, either they got attacked, or starved. So we need solid evidence, we never met with this issue before.
