Starving again without any reason

My troops starved ( again ) when all my oasis did decreased of level from 9 to 8

i het notification when i logged, wich is normal.

If i make the count of all lost troops, it make a total of 9117 inf and 3564 cavs for a total of 23'373 crop consumption. ( not really a problem, i can easily replace them )

All is ok for now but, there is a but, the problem is my warehouse was full just before i lost all my crop and my troops starve. I know it because i was online about 2 hours before it happens and my production was positive.
plus i didn,t logged in 3 weeks after refreshing my oasis, but only a little more than 2 hours.

my amount of troops just after a part of them did starve was 8358/23716/9/500

And just after i did renew again my oasis my troops amount was 8358/22918/9/500 for a total consumption of 105'048 crop.

I lost 798 cavs by refreshing my oasis for a total of 3192 crop consumption.

after refreshing my oasis, my production was 15716 positive

if i calculate the total food production with a full enhanced city and 9 lvl 9 oasis we have a production of crop at 132240

Now how is it possible to starve with a full warehouse and a prod/consuption of
132240 - 3192 - 23373 - 105048= 627 positive production with full lvl 9 oasis?
Ok they decreased of level from 9 to 8 and i lost 3000 crop production per oasis. 9 X 3000 = 27000.
count, 627 - 27000 = 26373 negative crop / hour..

it is impossible to starve in 1 hour

is it possible to take my army back please?? thanks a lot

similar thing happening to me like every week, happening while haypi harvesting troops.. support wont compensate any loss in this case :/ forget any help.. i tried several times but its all the same answer..

This is still happeneing, any word of a fix???????? An alliance mate of mine just lost 4500 inf and 2500 cav when his oasis dropped from 9 to 8 and he had 400,000+ crop in his warehouse at the time which disapperaed into thin air..
