Completing Crop build lvl 18,19,20 problem

All,

I bought 750 coin package and when i did the complete build for 10 coins the system subtracted 100+ coins each time. I reported this in game and will let you know what response I get. Needless to say, I am not happy at spending $50.00 on 750 coins to have them half gone after 3 crop completions. Server 119.

Has anyone else encountered this?

which levels did you upgrade to and from ie 15-16 or 19-20

15-16 costs 10
16-17 costs 25
17-18 costs 40
18-19 costs 60
19-20 costs 90

What you say makes sense.

Does the text change for number of coins?

I don't have a current build in this level range to check it out, But 90 coins would be consistent with what I saw when looking for 10 coins gone when I tested it. I'm pretty sure though that I looked at the text when I did the last 20 lvl build and the text still said 10 coins for completion.

This may not be a wrong number of coins taken error, but a text error on the completion cost.

When I get to the proper build levels I will verify and post here. Thinking back to what happened, I don't think I looked for the final builds and just assumed, but I can't be sure till I see it again.

It does look like a text error of you can provide your device, version number and some appropriate screenshots of it I'm sure it can be fixed

Confirmed this is not a bug,

The text is listed in the actual normal screen of the upgrade costs. The coins that were taken were because it was a requirement to upgrade. The coins were correct for the completion. I had missed the text on the upgrade screen.

please kindly pm me or letter to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and tell us the approximate time of cropland upgrade, correct spelling of your account name and server no. where the problem occured.
We'll check for you.

like I said it was a case of me not reading the text on the upgrade screen. I was only looking at the 10 coins for a fast completion. being a fairly new player, I did not realize there was a coin cost for higher level upgrades to resources.
