Big Glitch

3. What happened
i was attacking this player with almost 20,000 catapults and right when the timer hits 0 my troops disappear and i get a hunt report.

So im like what is going on, i check my crop and its as if the cats were never there.

I report this situation to support how my catapults disappeared.

All of a sudden an hour later when i log back on they were in a oasis(idk why an oasis) an hour and a half inf time from the original city that i had them in. So catapults wouldve taken over 3 hours to get there, and they were in the oasis an hour later.

And all of a sudden they starved in a completely different city that had nothing to do with the first attack.

Troops back and to fix this bug please

Try contacting your in-game support by mailing supportXX with XX your server number or going to help --> support --> contact us and they will be able to help you.
If you don't get a reply after a day or two then try doing it again as their mail might have overflown

All i can say is good luck and just contact support again and hope they reply.... They probably will

Last time this happened they just said my troops were hunting and came back, then never gave my troops back.

sometimes mail is pushed out by more mail so try lettering support around 2am haypi time.

around 1-2:00 haypi time is best but anywhere from 1:00 haypi and 10:00 haypi you should get a reply
I go to help --> support --> contact us at 18:00 Haypi and I still get a reply although I think it mails support in the server

Thanks for the advice guys, unfortunately. i did it and no respond...

I also got another bug yesterday where i bought coins and never got them... support hasnt answered to that letter either...im fine if they dont wanna answer me when i want my troops back, but when i pay and never get what i pay for, thats where i draw the line.

Im starting to think support doesnt care about me since i message them alot lol

and try relogging
and try this first line again :/

haha support will never help u i also bought coins and never got them and no reply from support in 83 after days of waiting...
