I do not understand why the game crash at least twice aday. I'm getting frustrated after my troops were killed during battle.

Could you please kindly give me the following info:
a. what device are you using
b. what is the firmware version no. of your operating system.
c. what is the version no. of Haypi Kingdom on your device
d. in what kind of situation does it take place
the more info you provide, the quicker we are able to get back to you.

Mine crashes multiple times a day, but I'm used to it.... Always restart before you enter battle, making it less likely you will crash in battle
