The troops in the fort are not the maximum amount of troops so either she or someone else attacked it quite right before she attacked it.

Yeah thats what i was getting at maybe it glitched out and she had just landed the attack on it right after and the fort did not have time to communicate with the server maybe? Thats my guess...
