Disapearing troops?!

Hello!
Today at server 84 a new bug has been discovered.
We are mad.
After one in my alliance attacked a mine with 4k cats and 22k of those spear guys, they all disapeard. We got no mail about starving or reports of them getting killed just 2 reports, first tha we captures the mine and second that another aöliance attacled with 1 trooå and took it since all ours were gone, absolute missing.
Any thoughts about this?
We would like to get back our 4k cats and 22k infantry that we lost during this glitch/bugg that we spent irl cash to get... It would be really bad if a small crack within the game steals our money...

If you dispatch to a mine and that mine is taken before the troops arrive the troops will dissapear... Is this what happened? Did you lose them on a dispatch?

No we were the first to attack it..but when we sent 700 new cats it glitched and sent 4 sets of 700 cats which led to an total of around 3000 cats will it work to continue to send troops until we get back that amount we had AFTER we attacked the mine??

Exactly what happened:

Before the server maintenance the military and mines did not work so when it started giving the maintaining mesage I was extremely excited! When it was done I started training alliance troops. xrage zohan and I donated tons of coins to buy resources and sped up 4900 cats and 22300 infantry units. Im not sure who sent it to attack but right after we did I went to sleep. When I woke up I saw the war reports and I saw we only lost about 1100 cats. I was extremely excited until I noticed 2 more war reports. One was from Eagles alliance taking the mine with a SINGLE troop. I then see that we took it back. When I go into alliance tab I don't see any troops anywhere I check the mine and even ask ppl in alliance chat. They said they disappeared and have not been seen. We trained about 900 cats and took and defended the mine with 203 cats in the mine and 700 in the alliance tab from an attack from Starlight alliance. We lost nearly all cats but defended the mine. We then proceeded to send the last 700 and some cats to defend the mine. Someone in alliance chat freaks out and says there are about 3k cats divided up into 4 dispatches of 700 cats going out to the mine a few minutes or so before another attack with no troops was launched on the mine. We defended with 3020 cats. I posted ina alliance chat that either 1. Support is reimbursing us when we sent them to dispatch or 2. The dispatch glitched and it gave us back the troops we had AFTER the attack which would have been about 3700 since it was so close the troops that disappeared this is what I thought could have happened. Please respond and help with this horrible bug in the server. I would greatly appreciate us being reimbursed the 22300 infantry and the 700 remaining cats we didn't get from dispatching. We spent a lot of coins on getting that army count please help ASAP.

So pretty much, the long and short of it is... you aint getting your troops back lol

has happened a lot to many people

also nick the glitch you are toalking about was fixed with 3.03 on ios
cause i dispatched but realizes the attack would get their first and we didnt loose the troops it came up as the mine owner has changed and troops are returned to alliance.

how is Jessica going to get a hold of me? i havent recieved anything yet
