Cannot build alliance troops

Hello dear staff!
My username is Captain-X and i play at the recently started server 84. According to my alliance leader and vice members they cannot build alliance-troops.
We find this very annoying and wonder if it's a bug or just something that shouldnt be working?
I got this report form from the forum that i can fil in..
1. Captain-X
2. 11th of July
3. According to alliance leader+vices they cannot build troops for our alliance
4. They cannot control any alliance troops
5. We have NO idea how this "bug" might have happend...
6. We want the possibilty to build troops for the alliance.
7. No screenshots...

If you could please reply to me that you've gotten the report and answer our question as quick as possible since we want to stay on the top rank.

Since it just started, do you have enough people? You might have no people, just a thought, I doubt it but you never specified you had people.

You should get someone to take screenshots and send them to kingdomsupport@haypi.com that will be the fastest way to fix this problem

Ok, we got 30 members in guild if its not enough id be supprised.

I believe what nick meant was builders to use to build the troops

Yeh we have enough resources, belive me.
I have tried to rejoin the alliance and then try but i recently found out that noone in the entire server are able to build troops for alliance so this is for sure staff should look up at!!
