Treasures disappear

Hi,

Yesterday I have hunted Manual, but I couldn't see it in treasures chest. Even more - all my equipped treasures is non-clickable on General screen. I can see them, but no info about lvl or enchansment - only pictures that are non clickable. Even more - if I open 'Buy treasure' screen (or try to change treasure item on marketplace - I see only nuggets, gemstones and Rings lvl1 - lvl 7. No horses, no manuals, nothing. Tooday I hunted gold box, but I can't see it too. Please fix it!

I bought coins and spend em on lvl 10 ring. Then I enchanced that ring. Now it's disappeared with all other treasures. Please return all treasures, or transfer back money I spent on this game.

we've checked and confirmed there is your enhanced lvl 10 ring together with other treasures in your treasure list.
Please recheck and confirm.

Try relogging if your treasures do not appear and reinstall if they don't appear after relogging.

you could also try training 1 inf.
