haypi robbed me

i bought ten dollars worth of coins in s83 acct name jewzaku% but never got them i sent a letter to haypi support never got a reply like always...i TRIED to contact in game support in s83 three times but ashly never responds. i also sent private msg to thomas and support1 no reply from them. i used google services this cost me ten dollars not alot but the fact they did not give me my 120 coins is robbery.this ss is the only proof showing i purchase them.all i want is my coins or my money back but i know they will never do the last one.

Please tell us the time and date when the purchase has been made, your full name, email address registered to your android account, copy and paste the Google Check out to us(which will be sent to user after each successful purchase)

google NEVER sent me a bill of purchase they just straight up took my money.
