Build times

Hello,

Not sure if this is the correct place or if someone already posted this, but. Ive noticed that the build times for resources are incorrect. Ex my cropland was lvl 10 going to 11. It said it was gonna take 2h 38m but after I clicked upgrade it said it was gonna take a little over 4hours. Its also doing it with the lumber mill. Lvl 10 to 11 said it was gonna be 5 hours but its really gonna take 8hours.Not sure about the other two resource buildings.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I have the same issue but it is also happening.on buildings and armys too. I hwve noticed that the actual build time starts about 10% higher then stated...then as you approach level 15 resources it is 50% more then stated...things that should build in about 24 hours take 36.....build a large army and multiply number of troops by the build toime and you see the same error....was this haplening before ver 3?
