Can not connect with game server! message

Last night I got on just fine. Now I can't get on at all. I've reinstalled the app and I get the same message over and over. I'll start losing troops very soon if I can't get on.

It seems I just cant get into server 110. I tried getting into other accounts on different servers and I get on. Other accounts on server 110 won't let me on. What is going on?
