cannot see chests

I cannot see the chests i have. I have a silver and a gold box but when i open the treasure tab they are not there. However if i have other treasure like lvl4 ring as an example it appears in the third box along as if there is something in tge other two slots.?? Please help

I login your account on my device and your silver chest and gold chest are there intact. Please double confirm.

i still cant see them in the treasure tab???

its the same for my other account 'combo' on server 81 im pretty sure i have a lvl4 chest that i cant see either?

please reinstalll the app then try again
