Lost Alliance Troops
Since I'm sure I am not the only one, I am going to post my letter that I am sending to support. I am starting to get very disappointed in this game. I have invested too much time and money to let it waste away and I am hoping they work out these problems.

The alliance The Mob from server 67 just had a glitch that caused us to lose all of our alliance troops. I have read on the forums if you are attacked and then dispatch troops to the mine, a glitch will cause you to lose troops. We did not do that. We only had a few troops in the mine to defend and were attacked. As soon as the battle ended we dispatched our full army (somethings like ??k,?k,?k,?k) 30 seconds before the other alliance attacked our mine for a second time. As soon as my vice got on to command, we had absolutely Zero troops in the mine, including the ones that were already there. I would appreciate if you would return our troops as soon as possible, as we have spent a lot of money on them.
Also the other day we were attempting to take an unoccupied mine. The leader, the.mob sent the attack. He was unable to command, so a vice was going to command for us. When the time came for the attack, no one was able to take over the command. The leader wasn't even signed on during the attack. As a consequence, we lost an incredible amount of troops, approximately ?k,?k,?k,?k. If you can return those troops as well it would be greatly appreciated. Our alliance is full of long-time players and we have dedicated a lot of time and money. I am hoping you can make things right with us. Thanks and let me know if you have questions on the matter.
