What's going on

Why I am I getting booted and chats not working? It seems as though it only affects some members. It's really upsetting me I spend money here but am about to leave haypi if yall can't resolve the problem. As soon as y'all find out about a clitche that affects y'alls bottom line y'all fix it or put out a new version, but when it affects the members only y'all don't care. Fix the problem and show some interest in the members that keep the lights on for y'all. I would send a in-app message to support but I get booted so I'm posting it here.

Delete and reinstall the app, to start with. Check for any updates to the app you may have missed out on. Support is doing their best to keep up with bugs and problems, I know it is frustrating, just try and have a little patience we have all had problems, still do, and they will be figured out and resolved as soon as possible.
