Occupying fort glitch

Has anyone ever experienced a glitch where you can't callback your troops from a fortified point that you occupied?
It happened to me after I took a fort. I couldn't callback my troops, the server message was something like "please relogin game". So I tried to resign my fort, but that didn't work either, the message was " resigned successfully!" but it instead resigned my oasis!
So in the end, I ended up losing all my troops (a month's work...), when I contacted haypi support, all they said was "please check connection and try again"...

Try relogging and searching if your troops are in a fort, oasis, city or are hunting. Check each city and actions in case your troops are somehow hunting, attacking, dispatching, etc. Also check your mail and see if anything possibly happened to your troops. If you can't find your troops anywhere at all then email kingdomsupport@haypi.com and list:
Date
Account name
Server
Device you are using (e.g. iPhone, Android)
Event that happened.
