Server 77 lag. Again!!

I agree, the longer this lag lasts, the more players Haypi may be losing. Please resolve this ASAP.

Yes, haypi is working on the lag. It is mainly because the server is so new; the more days pass the less lag ;)

Sorry, seriously though, the more days that go past the worse it gets! Is there an estimated date for the server bring fixed?? Please do it quick! It's gotten to the point where I spend 4 hours a day watching chuck Norris bids on YouTube than play on haypi :,(

I agree 110%.

A server is not like breaking in a 4-wheeler, it doesn't start off slow and easy and then get faster. It's faster in the beginning.

Lag was gone for a short period and now it's back. Which tells me either 1) admission to the server as a new member was halted for that period of time or 2) the server is not new (it's old) and/or it's sharing it's service with another client which uses heavy bandwidth (and possibly has a higher priority).

These things can be fixed in only a few hours regardless of what's slowing it down. Stop putting it off and get things going, please!

Rest assured, they are working very hard to fix it, they have tons of other things to do and about 40 or so servers to deal with.

I am not trying to insult you, but please do not comment on things you obviously do not know anything about.

It clearly cannot be a problem with a persons own internet connection when it is happening to EVERYONE. When i have been able to login WC has been full of people complaining.

Secondly this is not a little lag which will get better. This is an unplayable server. I have been unable to even login for the last couple of hours. Yesterady and today almost every operation results in errors. This is the second time we have seen this, as it was the same six days ago.

Also support are clearly not working on the problem. Last week they said that the problem was too many players. So why are they letting new players onto the server? However that theory is garbage. As i said before the server went to unplayable very quickly. That is not consistant with a slowly increasing number of connections, but is with an attack or some server issue.

Even if and when the issue is fixed, support are not doing their job. After last weeks issue noone heard anything. There should be an apollogy and hopefully compensation for the difficulties. I have just had to buy a coins worth of crops to prevent my troops from starving, as it is impossible to get crops from invading forts.

That just wasn't funny -_- let's me log on, call back troops then kicks me off. Unfair... can we get coins as a reward for putting up with this laaaaaaaggggggg!!!! I really wanna play my haypi >:0 this lag is making me consider quitting. And unfortunately for haypi... I'm a paying customer, although it's taking so long to fix a simple lag problem! My money could be better off on Storm8's world war or imobsters! Maybe even pets live! Fix this haypi, I know everyone is posting saying please fix it and you are just ignoring it!

I personally think that even if you have 40 servers to look after! Then one of them should be s77 and it should be top of the list :/ we have been waiting for a week and a bit and we need some attention to our problem! Or at least have the decency to move people to a new server and get that lag fixed!!! Just do something! Or else I'll set my chuck Norris on you!... But seriously, do something quick please

With all due respect, what I have said is completely true. Haypi has more pressing issues to deal with such as hackers that spam chat, if you do not like the situation then just don't play, it's as simple as that
Yes, it is not the internet, I stated that already. It is normal to lag a bit on new servers.
