Glitch and server crash

I've talked to Tracy about all of this multiple times. I have a friend that can testify to te attack in snowpaw and that my account actually did glitch.

As you can see, Dize commanded the attack so that means there was nothing wrong with the server at that time..

i was actually talking to him when he was attacking. the server did crash about that time. the server seems to keep crashing around a certain time which is very odd. i got attacked 2 days ago when i took a fort and he atttacked it at the same time as i did. i took it first and his attack went amd killed them after i toook the oasis doesnt it stop the attacker. since its a owner change? as i see it theres glitches that need to be fixxed. and i see no harm in just giving him his stuff back.
also the 50 coins to go into war refusal seems to be wierd to randomly happen. it seems theres alot of random things happenin in server 101. ive heared people getting 90 coins randomly. i say you just take off the 5 day refusal and give the 50 coins back like it never happened. becuase if it keeps happening you will loose buissness with people. which will make you lose profit.

But if you would read why I say you would understand that hebsttacjed after the server crash when I was asleep if the server wouldn't have crashed I wouldve hunted hose troops and they would have been safe and I'd still have them and my prestige. And thanks for agreeing Pearce it thinks it's fair I get my stuff back. And you will lost business like Pearce said if you let stuff like this keep happening I've had 3 bad random things happen to me in near a week I've never had any of these problems before the merge so it obviously it was cause by the merge and should just be fix so nobody else has the same thing happen to them as me.

alot of people have had similar situations as you. please understand, support is working on it all, and they will do their best to fix the server, and replace troops.

They haven't yet though.

support also has 100's maybe even 1000's of emails they have to read and cycle through. especially coming out of the weekend. it will take some time for them to get back to you.

I have similar problems. No random coin spending though. Just tell support all about it

And be Patient.

If I be patient and quite then they won't give me my stuff back!
