Server 77 lag. Again!!

I just started playing yesterday and I've been lagging a lot ever since. I like the game but the lag really ruins the experience.

It takes at least 30 seconds if I can even jump from city to city. I'm finding it hard to tell my friends to play because of this lag. I don't know what the problem is so I don't know how long it would take to fix. But it would be nice to atleast know. Please fix and give us a heads up on the amount of time it will take.

Last week support said to me it was too many players. So why are they putting new players onto the server?

If too many players is truly the issue then why is there still sooo many ha players after 14 days? Surely if ur stil lvl 0 after 14 days then u have quit.. If these accounts are causing the lag make it lvl up in a fortnight else be deleted.. They can always come back n make a new account if they actually wish to play...

I can't even play now, keeps telling me to check my network connection. I want to play, but the game isn't letting me :/

ha accounts that are inactive are deleted in the server merge, if they are inactive they are not causing the lag.
inihility - make sure you are connected to internet and logged in (sometimes certain wi-fi requires you to go on safari and access a log-in page) then try running the game again

My Internet is completely fine, and I'm sure I'm logged in. I tried opening safari and logging into the forums with no problem or lag. Haypi Kingdoms is the only game I've had issues with lag so far. I hope something can be done about this since spending 10-20 seconds waiting for the data to load before an action is registered to the server is pretty frustrating and makes playing the game a drag rather than what it should be - fun.

It's looking like to be server related rather than user related. Everyone having problems with Haypi seem to be able to access other things on the Internet perfectly fine.

Same problems here. Internet is fine on my end. All other apps as well as safari and YouTube are running fine, but I can't do ANYTHING in Haypi. Yesterday the lag was just annoying, today it seems like s77 is completely not working!

Please fix this. I'm a fairly new player and I like the game, but I'm very frustrated right now!
