i have two issues
I understand there are problems that have to be addressed when a new update comes out, however I would like these issues to be fixed on my account as soon as possible. First of all, I purchased a new silver chest almost immediately after i downloaded the update. The system said that it only would cost me one coin for this chest, but I was charged 10 coins for it. If I had known that the chest would cost 10 coins I wouldn't have bought it. I have spent 40 USD on this game in the past month and a half, and I would like to continue to support it, and in order for me to feel good about spending my money on this game, I would appreciate that my 9 coins be refunded to me. Second of all, I can't even OPEN the silver chest that I bought. I get no option to open it with 5 coins. I only get an option to sell it to NPC for 2k gold. An alliance member of mine has an account on a merged server, and he said that he was able to open it for 5 coins. When will this be fixed so that i can open my chest? Out of frustration, I went over to my other account that I had recently started after reaching level 10 on my main server and bought a silver chest over there to see if I could open it. I could not. So now I have two silver chests that I am not able to open. I do not expect to be refunded my coins for the second chest that I bought since I had been made aware by that time that it would really cost me 10. Please assist me with these issues. Thank you.
*EDIT* I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it fixed the issue of not being able to open the silver chests. All I need addressed now is the refund of my 9 coins.
