I Cann't recive the cions when I download the free soft~

My account ID is Callyli00 ,
The problem happened around yesterday that I cann't recieve my cions when I download the free software from "get free coins"!
This maybe a bug~
Can you guys solve it?

Have you opened the app?
Try playing around with it for a few minutes and such.
If it asks to register just click yes.
If it asks to allow notifications click allow.

After you get coins you can just delete it or change settings.
