Unable to buy coin packages

For the last two days, I have been unable to purchase coin packages. I have plenty of money in my ITunes account, but it says declined. Any suggestions? I have deleted the application and reinstalled, but same thing happens.

This is something u should send a letter to support and if they don't answer and it doesn't get fixed u should talk to a mod or admin

some people in pvp have been complaining of this too
