Can't Command During Battle

I'm sure this is known but I just want to throw it out there again! When attacking or being attacked sometimes the game doesn't give u the option to command and u have to close the app and reopen it which results in missing the first few rounds and losing troops  please fix this in the next update! Thanks 

Really? It happened to me when I had full 3G and full wifi connection at my house. It never happened to me when I was running version 1.9. ((( I hope they can fix it 

IT happend to me a cuple of times but it's happining with a guy in s25 he can't do a war it happens every time he did all he could and did not help so I said the best way is to wait for support or use another phone or device that u have on the older version till problem is solved

I just put it down to 'oh well, it's online gaming there's bound to be a few hiccups'.

This happened to me in a MAJOR way yesterday. Luckily it didn't cost me much.
I attacked a guy who had an army roughly 330K Pres. I had about 400K Pres and I got a Hidden Attack.
I was able to command the first round and I cleaned out his Cavs. Then he got on and started commanding and retreated all his troops.
We both went back out to WC to talk and then neither of us could get back into the fight until Turn 7.
He decided that he would rather fight it out then lose the 80K pres I took from his Cavs.
He ended up losing his entire army, healed 20%.
I ended up losing about 175K, Healed 20%
I got no pres from it because I'm lvl 19, and he's lvl 17, which I think is a load of crap, but that's a different issue.
Thing is, it could've been MUCH MUCH worse if he could've commanded and I couldn't have...

Happened to me today on a hidden...lost a few hundred cavs, not much, still got pps, but about a week ago I think someone lost 150k cuz of this...I'm kinda scared to battle now...even with my minuscule army lol
