I made a second account at level 10 it took me a little under 2 months then I hit create new account like normal then it takes to to server 80 with the new created city I went back 2 servers than my main and a good 3 months in servers away send me to the newest server

PS: it's like I'm in the server but not like if I go to map I see a sea of ha_a's but if I search a name from someone in rank there comes up levels of all kinds rank tells me massive amounts of players high ranked when map just says 0's

I can tell by the title that you need help...but can you explain what happened a little better? You kinda lost me. I'd love to help you, too.

Okay? When you create a new account you aren't Garunteed to be put on the Newest server. By creating a new account using the task you will be put on a Newer server, not necessarily the newest. Does that help?

It doesnt help server 80 is 3 months old my main is on 82 took to months to reach 10 I should not be going to 80

Now that is strange. I have absolutely no idea why you would move backwards by creating a new account with the task. All I can suggest is either emailing kingdomsupport@haypi.com explaining your issue or mailing your server's support by going to help->support->contact us

please send a letter either to kingdomsupport@haypi.com or to your server support to get further suggestion.
A player can play on both main account and 2nd account. If there's problem with logging back to your main account, please contact support for assistance too.

as the others stated I'm confused at what you need help with?
seems like everything is fine and your just upset about the server you got put on.
sorry for that but theres nothing anyone can do about that.
try getting to lv 10 again and creating another new account.
best advice I can give you.

His main is a s82 account. He reached level 10 and did the task. It gave him a s80 account. He is mad because he wanted a s84 account, not s80.

It gave you an account on a newer server your main account is just even newer than the one your task gave you. You might have a shot of getting moved, but remember that support doesn't have to do anything
