More than 5 attacks a day

Allright well lately ive heard talk that players have been attacked over 5 times a day, i thought it was general boo-hooing after they got wiped but i experianced the same thing today. A tiny level 9 on my server has hit my oasis 12 times so far today and not at the daily refresh time. it seems his hits refresh evrey 2 hours because that is when he attacks. This is my first server and im doing surprisingly well, when i hit peoples oasis it does count as an atk against them, and i am unable to do more than 5 hits. If this is a bug it needs to be fixed. If its not a bug and this player is abusing the game in some way then please let me know and il send support there name, but judging from how often my server has been expertless i dont have much hope..

it is a bug then.
within normal circumstances the following rules apply.
-you may hit a players city 5 times in a "haypi day" (00:00:00-23:59:59)
-you may hit an oases or fort of an opposing player as many times as you like in one day

What server are you on?

Oasis attack are unlimited, so you being attacked wasn't the problem. You attacking those people and only being allowed 5 oasis attacks is a mystery in itself, hopefully support can fix it

Have you tried attackig 5x oasis since this problem?
