Map goes Blank

I am running iOs (latest) on an iPhone 4 16GB. I have Haypi version 3.3. I leave the app open all day. This seems to be a time related issue. How much time I can't say. However, what I see is that after I click on the map button and wait for the hourglass to disappear the squares on the map are all blank. If I tap on the map, the map will fill in but at the location I had last had the map. This is ok if I am starting from the same city. If I have switched cities to hunt then this is a problem. Especially if I am being attacked and need to hunt immediately.

hey mojo its a really simple fix same thing happens to me all the time.
Yes it is a time related issue all apps have a time they can run before they need a cooldown or your RAM will become full and you cannot play.
Heres what you need to do.
Hit home.
Double tap home to open your multitasking bar.
Find Haypi kingdom.
Hit the X and hit close.
hit the power button to turn your screen black and then turn on your ipod.
Reopen the app. hit start game.
And you may need to do this every about 30min to an hr to keep the app running fast and smooth. if you have any other questions you can letter me ingame on 112 or you can ask on here:)

This constantly happens to me but even wen i turn it off and back it still turns up blank i have this problem constantly

If this happens after you put in coordinates to look up, just press Enter on the map button and you will still go to the destination, even though you cannot see it

that works, i found out that, but if you try to scroll to see next to the coordinates you located then it transfers you back to the map around your city so you have to be accurate with your map searches

I am having the same problem. I'm on Ipad2 and I get blank screen when trying to search for anything. I dont play nearly as often now because this problem really makes playing the game not fun! I have to reinstall the app several times a day to reset my map and get it to work correctly. It has been quite a while now with this same problem and my patience is running out.
I have already lost several alliance members who just stopped playing because the game simply doesn't work correctly.An update from Haypi staff as to how long its going to take to fix this problem would go a long way to keeping players from quitting.
