Marching times

Pre 3.0 update my cav would march at 1/3 the posted inf time now its 1/2 the posted inf time. Where exactly did I lose speed?... Or more importantly why the hell aren't my enhancements working not only do I notice it in marching times but also the amount of troops being killed off in battles... Do I need to take my money to a game where I'll actually get what I pay for? Hell I would write support but with the new update I can't even view the support page within the app

I would also like to add that the app crashes every second time I look at the map and the system took twice as many civs as necessary for my market sale of 400k crops...
