Market Issue

So I brought 100k Crop for 2k from the market but never receive them.
I believe this may be a glitch because i was in my 3rd city when I made the purchase. I got the email and everything but no crops.

Ok I can think of three things which could have caused this. One, perhaps your city was already at its maximum capacity, so any more crop you get, you won't receive. Two, perhaps youre looking in the wrong city for them. Make sure youre in your third city. Three, it could be caused by lag. Try restarting the app, perhaps, if it still doesn't appear, try deleting and re-installing the app. And if it STILL doesn't appear, contact support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com. Only if you really want the crops. Please don't bother them if it's not really a big deal to you.

i know its not the other two because my res cap is over 200k.
