cavarly can`t attack to catapult

Cavarly can`t attack to catapult when catapult go back.

please fix it.

This is due to the sequence of battle. Cavs almost always have higher speed, so they go first. A turn works this way:

Fastest moves
Slowest moves
Fastest attacks
Slowest attacks
Etc.

Using this, you see that as long as the cats move back farther than the cavs' range, they can evade the cavs.
