Permanent Loading with W7

I recently installed the update for W7. Since then, after I close the welcome screen, the app is in a permanent state of "Loading" and does not allow me to play.
I tried to reinstall Haypi, reboot, etc, but the problem still persists.
Any suggestion on how to fix it?

I have the same issue. I can see my account in the background, but permanent loading.

Well I feel your pain. I am a very active gamer on here but this has put me in a standstill. First off you can access some content by clicking back when it says welcome to hapi kingdome but you can't do much. You can access all of the buttons on the bottom but you cannot access anything to build or work on. Do not pull troops in from hunt because you cannot send them back out. This is just a small thing to get you by but i really do hope they fix this soon. I am losing so much by not really being able to do anything.i am an alliance leader and people have been writing me a lot asking me what is going on and what to do. Every now and then though if i uninstall and reinstall it will let me in for a lil then messes back up again .

I just hope that they read this and feel our pain and fix this sooooooooon thanx
