Server 77 lag. Again!!

Well the lag is back! After jst a week of having no lag. N this time it's worse..
Letters r practically impossible to get into. Alliance chat will show a message every half hr, world chat only shows half the amount of Times u click it, and worst of all the delay between actions is at least 30 secs. N that includes pressing the city tab or something small as checking actions. I have consulted with other people on s 77 and it is the SAME for all.

Please haypi will you fix this. I couldn't command my 468 cats on an oasis and lost them all. Really disappointig when u pay 50
Dollars to a game that doesn't work as it should. I have had other accounts and they still work fine. So why not this one? 50 dollars on an iPhone app
Is alot and you expect that it will be running smoothly for more than a week at a time. It is not fair in circumstances as mine that no compensation be had as it is not the players fault but yours.

I am using latest iPhone and haypi kingdom updates.

Is anyone else on server 77 having this problem? Talked to a guy who said it's really bad on his iPad but not so much on his android phone.. What about everyone else?

i have extreme lag too. i've wasted my effort and time. I'm slowly getting tired of this lag. I better see a fast recovery and some sort of reward based on this issue

Hate the lag...wish support would just fix it. It's a little annoying...

Nathan said that another company manage servers, so it shouldn't be Haypi's fault.

The lag is so much worse than before. I have stopped playing just hunting for now. This excuse about another company being responsible for the server doesn't wash with me. Ultimately players are paying to play so we must assume haypi is making a profit unless they are just in it for fun.
So can you PLEASE sort it it out once and for all. I also think everyone on server 77 should be compensated in some way. Coins, treasure, gold, something but we are being seriously messed about.

Please be patient with the server lags. As you no there are alot of servers with alot of players and it's bound to have a slow point at some point all servers do. However the haypi team are always working to improve the game so please be patient happy hunting

How long do we have to be patient? The server has been basically unplayable for over 24 hours now. That's 48 out of the past 168 hours, as it was only last Sunday that it was equally unplayable. In the other times the server wasn't fast, I'd still describe it as slow, just not so slow that you couldn't play.

At some point you have to say why am I bothering.
